Zenitheve Partners with Morris Lights & Sound

East Hallows LLC has announced its partnership with Morris Lights & Sound for production of the 6 stop touring festival Zenitheve. Over the past 25 years Morris has partnered with acts like Kenny Chesney, Florida Georgia Line and the CMA Music Festival.

I look forward to the day where we see justice for the theft of this business. A day where no woman has to decide between keeping her career or standing up for herself. A day where we hear as many female voices on the radio as we do men's.

We are not done yet! You all have been an inspiration for me, and I am forever grateful for your love and support. Please spread the word to show women that we stand beside them and let's make sure that companies like Live Nation do not get away with this any longer!

I have some important news to share with all of you.

It has been a long time without an update from us on what is happening with Zenitheve, and despite that, you all have continued to show us your enthusiastic support. I have had to remain silent for what feels like forever, but I can finally share with you what has been happening.

Last week, I filed a lawsuit against Live Nation because the company stole my business plan for Zenitheve after leading me to believe that they would provide support through their Women Nation Fund.
When a corporation like Live Nation announces a fund to support women in business and actually tells you first-hand that they want to invest in your business, it is nothing short of a dream come true!

I never imagined that Live Nation and their executives would steal a female-owned business for their own gain. But that is precisely what happened.

Left with no choice, I filed a lawsuit against them.

As many of you saw in our CMA Close Up article, Zenitheve was set to launch on May 18th, 2019 in Chicago but due to Live Nation's actions, we are sadly no longer able to put on that show.

Live Nation's Country Lake Shake in Chicago is a mirror image of Zenitheve. The SAME LINEUP, SAME CITY, SAME TIMEFRAME as what was laid out in Zenitheve's business plan and emails that we shared with top Live Nation executives -- and only two miles from where our launch venue was booked!

At first, conversations with those executives were overwhelmingly positive. They told me we were "right down the middle of the fairway" and "exactly what they were looking for." They said Live Nation was going to have an interest in participating to a large extent -- not only through the Women Nation Fund but with a deal to co-produce the festival with us.

Those same executives abruptly changed their tune months later telling me that they didn't need to "hire me" to put on the festival, they could "just do it themselves" and that an all-female lineup was too risky for them anyway.

The fact is, Live Nation stole Zenitheve.
